Electoral College
The Electoral College is how we go about electing our president, the electoral votes are divided up between states based on the amount of members in the House of Representatives added with the amount of members in the Senate of that specific state for example; California has 53 members in the House of Representatives and two members in the Senate, giving California 55 electoral votes. Most states go by winner takes all, which means if a certain candidate wins the state, that certain candidate will receive all of the electoral college votes. With the the electoral college the goal number is 270 electoral votes.
